I just bought an '86 K75C and it only needs cosmetic repairs!   A lucky find, since it's a two-owner with only 34K miles, new tires, new battery, just serviced and in great condition (except that I need to replace the fairing).   And a super bargain (steal).

On my list of items to add/install:
  • Replace the OEM fairing with a Rifle Superbike fairing and 15" clear screen
  • Fuseblock for easier electronics adds
  • Install my Garmin Zumo 220
  • Driving lights
  • New seat cover and added foam in select areas
  • Tank bag
  • Luggage rack
  • Top case
Needs nothing mechanically, so other than the items above, will be ready to ride soon!    Will post more pics when finished.

Here, in England, they seem to be all getting turned into cafe racers or scramblers...

Same happens over here. Cafe racers, scramblers and what not. Usually done using the same blue print, so they are getting more boring than nighttime telly coverage from the parliament.
