has anyone [besides me] considered doing a forecar conversion?
not just any passenger would climb on for a ride :D

my understanding is at the turn of the century, it was undignified for a lady to ride on the pillion. Hence, if a gentleman wished for his mate to also enjoy the pleasures of motor biking, some sort of attached chair was necessary.  The forecar was one option, albeit a bad one, as was a towed car, which failed because of exhaust and dust.  Hence the sidecar, even with it's inherent faults, was the best solution.

Hmm you mentioned a fore car, a tow car and a sidecar - what about an up car?? A double decker motorbike sounds like a challenge!

Upon further reflection the driver should be in the front.
The bars split and mounted on each side similar to a tracked thing [Bobcat]
the seat right on the airbox, passenger on what is now the driverseat, gas tank moved behind...
we had a fun discussion about having dual controls, Team Forecar Racing
The ability to lock out either set

But wait there's MORE
adding that final element
