Hi, I'm new here. I have a ongoing topic about my project on k100-forum but wanted to join here too. I end up finding needed info alot on this forum so joining is only logical...

So what I'm trying to say, hi all, looking forward on following and posting here!

Me intro:
I'm from Belgium, I'm from the good year of 1985, so is my K100 RT. I used to own a Yamaha dragstar 1100 but it was to choppery for me. After googling alot I decided a K100 was the best option for me. Good price, very sturdy block and I like the look of it alot too.

Bike intro:
I bought my K this summer with low mileage and good maintained. That last part was a lie I think. Tires from 19y & 23y old, very low level of final drive oil too. Thinking I'll encounter other things too in the future. Just hoping it won't be too bad.
Here is a pic of the bike as it stands now. It still has some cosmetic cleanups planned.

Welcome!  And I'll parrot jackgeiger's comment.  Intriguing mechanicals have a cool all their own.
