Hi guys, some updates on the bike building. I put it together, still waiting for the electrical motogadget stuff in order to build the new electrical wiring. The exhaust is done as well.

And some more :) The front controls are just arrived, from Gilles Tooling - Luxembourg. This guy's controls are used by top bike pilots, including Rossi. Unfortunately, the clutch lever is not here yet, but will be.

The reversible headlight. I have a video with how it's working, but I don't know how to attach it.

Congratulations on getting the line from the bottom of the tank thru the seat/rear subframe correct! Few Cafe K's get that right (or even seem to try).

Still trying to comprehend the geometry on the rear suspension.

Also, is the exhaust not where the coils need to be?

Short update. We just finished mounting the air feed system. Of course using the acad, and laser cutting stainless steel, 2mm thickness.

And the electrical parts just arrived, all from motogadget. I was waiting for the main unit, which was on backorder since December. So we can start fabricating the electrical wiring:)

Hey nice work - especially the machined items!
I found myself studying the rear suspension linkages with a concern for survivability and robustness ( due to the minimal, elegant strokes) but looks right up to the task.
Where's the turbo?
Going to revisit that at the next juncture?
Following with great interest.

Thanks my friend :) Regarding the turbo, I decided not to install one on this bike, but on the next one.
Regarding the suspension geometry, it is working flawlessly. And it is highly tunable. Depending on the proportions of the pivoting link, you can obtain a stiffer suspension without touching the spring preload. Also, you can have a different riding high, depending on the length of the pulling link (the one which is located below the shock absorber. Actually, this is a Formula 1 suspension geometry reinterpretation,it is not such a big deal :)

This build is flawless!
So many details!
What type of shocker do you use? Stiffness?

Working on the new wiring. Using motogadget stuff. I don't know if I ll use all the fancy stuff they provided, such as Bluetooth starting authorization etc :)). But I really want to get rid of that much old wiring...
