So I traded my KLR250 for a K100 that wasn't running and halfway a cafe racerish thing. Got it home, got it running, and then took it apart. I'm slowly plugging along trying to make it a scrambler/brat bike. Tonight I just finished the adapter so I can get rid of that huge airbox. I've already trimmed the wiring harness down to just the bare essentials, and built a new tray to put them in. I also just put the seat hoop on. The previous owner just hacked the back frame off and put some rubber ends from a cane on the tubes.
