How fast did it go?

5-10mph for him to ride it into place. He did not race the Alpha. I don't think he intends to race it either... it was mostly an excercise in art and testing out some ideas he has for a potential streamliner racer. It has a crazy hydraulically controlled, center hub steering system, along with a ton of other interesting custom components. And he did it all himself.

He did race his old RD350 bike, but had some issues. Not sure how fast he went on it.

From what I can see, I'm impressed with the craftsmanship, engineering, and vision.   :2thumbup:  With respect to the bike, not the dude on the beach.      Furthermore, a K75 is an excellent base for a project like this.   :bmwsmile Lastly, it would be interesting to ride.  Again, the bike, not the dude on the beach. :mbird
